Yes! We offer free shipping in Atlantic Canada on orders over $99. For customers in Ontario and Quebec, shipping is free on orders over $149, and for all other provinces, it’s free on orders over $199. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
You can also choose free in-store pickup for any of our locations.
Orders typically ship within 1–5 business days. Please note that custom pieces, special orders, and rings requiring sizing may take longer. Special orders and custom jewellery, such as engagement rings, family rings, will usually ship within 4-6 weeks on average.
Yes! We accept returns within 14 days and exchanges within 30 days on eligible items. Merchandise must be unworn, in original condition, and include original packaging. Please note that custom, special order, altered, or discounted (40%+) items, as well as body jewellery, are final sale.

Yes! We offer ring resizing and jewellery repair services at all Bogart’s Jewellers locations. Pricing depends on the material and amount of work needed, so we recommend visiting your nearest store for an accurate quote. Turnaround times vary, but our team will provide an estimate when you drop off your item. Just bring your piece in—we’ll be happy to help!
Yes! We offer 0% financing through Flexiti, letting you buy now and pay over time with flexible payment options. Simply select Flexiti at checkout to apply or manage your plan.
We also offer a layaway program—make a 20% down payment and pay the balance over 6 months. You’ll receive your item once it’s paid in full.
