Standard Return Policy

  • We will gladly refund merchandise within 14 days of original purchase.
  • Items may be exchanged within 30 days of original purchase.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, in its original condition, with the original packaging.
  • Items purchased at a discount of 40% or greater are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Special order items, family jewellery, custom jewellery, and items that have been altered in any way cannot be returned. This includes made-to-order items and items that have been resized or engraved.
  • Body jewellery is not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Custom Ring Builder rings are exchange only.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Purchases made through Flexiti are non-refundable and can only be exchanged.
  • Layaway deposits can only be refunded within 14 days of the original deposit.

In-Store Returns

  • If your purchase is eligible for a return or exchange, please visit your local Bogart's Jewellers location with the item, your receipt, and the original packaging. Find your nearest location.
  • Eligible items can be returned or exchanged at any Bogart's Jewellers location. This includes online purchases and purchases made at any Bogart's Jewellers location. (ie, if you make a purchase in Gander, the item can be returned in Grand Falls-Windsor).

Online Returns

  • If your online purchase is eligible for a return or exchange, please visit your local Bogart's Jewellers location with the item, your receipt, and the original packaging. Find your nearest location.
  • If you're unable to visit a physical location, orders can be shipped back to our head office for a refund. Please contact support@bogartsjewellers.com for assistance with this.

Shipping Policy

  • Free shipping in Atlantic Canada on orders over $99.
  • Free shipping in Ontario & Quebec on orders over $149.
  • Free shipping in all other provinces on orders over $199. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • In-stock orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders within Canada typically deliver in 7-14 business days, unless stated otherwise.
