Returns

Are my items eligible for a return?

New/unworn items must still have tags attached. 


Items purchased at a discount of 40% or greater can not be returned.


Custom rings, family rings, & special orders can not be returned. This applies to our online ring builder. 


Merchandise financed through Flexiti (Bogart's Jewellers Credit Card) may be exchanged onlyand not returned for a refunded


Shipping charges are non-refundable  

I purchased something online, can I return it in-store?

Yes, you can bring your items to a Bogart's location near your to see if they're eligible for a return.

Can I apply for financing online or in-store? 

Totally up to you! 

Applying Online - At checkout, select Flexiti as your payment option. Upon checking out you will be redirected to their website to apply.

When can I use my Bogart's Jewellers Card?

Upon approval you will be able to use your card* immediately! 

*Not a physical card, digital only.

How do I return my purchase?

Contact our Customer Service team by emailing headoffice@bogartsjewellers.comto initiate a return. 

You will need to provide your order number, contact details and reason for return.Items should be returned in their original packaging with the original product tags attached and with all original paperwork.

If returning by mail, all shipping return charges must be pre-paid. We cannot accept cash on delivery returns. We require that returned items are insured during delivery to safeguard against loss.

Please note: All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is processed. We refund you the same way that you initially paid for your order, minus any delivery charges, upon approval of the refund. Delivery charges are none refundable.

How will I be refunded?

You will be refunded on the same card / account that you purchased was made through.

I received the wrong item, what happens now?

If you have received the wrong item, please use one of the contact methods below and we will work to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Please include your name and order #.
