For items that require a special order, pricing may vary from the listed price. In these instances, we will notify you of the updated cost before proceeding. Bogart’s Jewellers reserves the right to void any order if the corrected or special order pricing is not accepted. All jewellery prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Due to the inherent volatility of precious metal and gemstone markets, Bogart’s Jewellers reserves the right to cancel an order or issue an updated quote or invoice if market costs shift significantly before an order is fulfilled. Pricing for special orders or out-of-stock items is subject to these market conditions, and we reserve the right to adjust final pricing accordingly. Third-Party Platforms

Bogart’s Jewellers is not responsible for cached prices, outdated "snippets," or automated advertisements shown on third-party platforms such as Google Search, Facebook, or Instagram. In the event of a discrepancy, the live price listed on our official website at the time of checkout shall prevail.

Online vs. In-Store Discrepancies

Online pricing and promotions are exclusive to our digital storefront. Our physical retail locations are not bound by website pricing and will only honour the price currently reflected in our in-store Point of Sale (POS) system.
