Our VIP benchmark of quality guarantees your satisfaction and provides a lifetime diamond warranty with a lifetime trade-up option. Bogart's lifetime diamond ring guarantee offers you years of assurance that your diamond ring is of the fines quality and workmanship.
If your diamond ever becomes lost from its original mounting, Bogart's Jewellers will replace it at no charge to you. Presentation of a validated warranty is required. We guarantee your original mounting to be free of defects (excluding normal wear).
Lifetime Trade-Up Policy
Bogart's Jewellers at any future date, will credit you the full purchase price of your diamond ring towards the purchase of a regular priced diamond ring which is at least double the price of your original purchase. Presentation of a validated guarantee and the original receipt is required.
Forever Yours
A full record of your diamond purchase is kept in our system for future references. To assist you in establishing the insurable value of your purchase against loss or theft, we offer an appraisal service by our qualified in-house gemologist. We always recommend that you insure your jewellery against these possible circumstances.
Inspection Record
Bogart's Jewellers will, at any time, clean and inspect your diamond ring free of charge (excluding Rhodium Plating). These inspections must be performed and recorded at least once every six months to maintain a valid guarantee.
How To Make a Claim:
Bring in your diamond ring, along with your diamond warranty & inspection record and we will have our award-winning staff inspect your diamond ring. Upon inspection you can rest assured one of in-house jewellers will replace your stone right here in Newfoundland.
Disclaimer: Only valid on rings greater than or equal to a purchase price of $999 before tax. Warranty no transferable to any other person and is only valid to the original purchaser/spouse. Failure to have your diamond ring inspected at least once every six months, will result in a termination of your warranty. Your warranty must be presented for validation at the time of each inspection.
