Items purchased at a discount of 40% or greater

Custom rings, family rings, & special orders
can not be returned
Shipping charges are non-refundable
Merchandise financed may be exchanged only
and not returned for a refunded
In-stock orders will be shipped within 1-2 business
days
Orders within Canada typically deliver in 7-14 business
days, unless stated otherwise
